i had a snake snake relation for 9 years ... aries - scorpio .... it was fine but time changed people and we went in different directions eventually, we still friends, she is the mother of my only child -

And even if you mix systems...
there's the question of tropical vs. sideral
Tibetan Astrology uses both Sideral and Chinese Systems, but
doesn't look at the basic natal chart for compatablity. -

The place the individual comes to in life, Where there is compatibility there there is a chance at compatible relationships. Usually the fire and air signs mix well. Fire with fire or air with air in western astrology are even better.
I tell you this is all VERY basic information. The truth is that compatibility is an interrelationship between a lot of factors. Best shown here at this site.......

Because entering two birth dates will give you a very good comparison as to relationships. Eastern astrology is MUCH more accurate at determining compatibility than Western Astrology because Eastern astrology is the dynamics of human relationships. Western astrology defines the SELF and the relation of the self to others. However Eastern astrology in essence is MUCH better at the dynamics and journey of life to the destiny. Far more accurately than Western Astrology! -

Wed, December 31, 2008 - 7:01 AMAnd even beyond what Christopher has said, compatibility relies more on the "rising signs" (to borrow that term from Western astrology) than on any other. The 'times of birth' make a great deal of difference in how one relates to other people and year signs that might otherwise be completely incompatible can get really, really cozy because of a good relationship in "rising signs" (hours of birth). The opposite is true as well. -

Sat, March 28, 2009 - 1:11 PMjust trust the compatibility grid it is fairly accurate more so than another I posted here. It does not take into account the ascendant or hour of birth or its element but it is still very accurate. So much so you can safely rely upon it.
