I had been dating this guy whose birthday is on July 27 1978 (sign: horse, western sign Leo, month: sheep, day: tiger, hour: monkey) for several months now. My birthday is on Dec 19 1984 (sign: rat, western sign: Sagitarrius, month: pig, day: pig, hour: ox). The previous posting has clearly stated that rat and horse don't work and looks like will never work. I love this guy very much and we even considered marriage. Do you think that just because of our incompatibility in chinese astrology, our relationship will never last?

But, well, one of my rat best friends did that exact thing and married a horse (exact same years, her 84 and he 78, except he was the Sag and she was a Pisces/Aries) and it didn't work out. they fought over everything and are now getting a divorce.

Sat, August 2, 2008 - 7:10 AM...and inputting your birthdates in that gives you guys a +3 match, which actually isn't bad. My parents had a -3 and they've been married 30+ years now.
Goes to show you that sometimes, you just need to follow your heart. Not everything that's worthwhile is going to be easy, but that doesn't make it a bad thing. :-) -

Fri, November 20, 2009 - 12:03 PMWriting from my own experience: I am EARTH HORSE (1978) who was in love with WATER RAT (1973) and we nearly killed each other,although I loved him, we cannot see eye to eye and there was also a lot of tension,we argued about everything and there were days when I tried to 'kill' him,because of all the frustration and so many obstacles and I never knew what I did wrong that this relationship didn't work.
